Under the visionary leadership of the School Principal, Ms.DeeptiJagota, D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad, organised an Inter-House HawanCompetition on 21st August 2026, fostering spiritual values, cultural awareness, creativity, and teamwork.

Students from all six Houses participated with remarkable sincerity and discipline. The sacred ceremony commenced with the lighting of the holy fire, followed by the chanting of the Gayatri Mantra and other Vedic hymns. Participants meticulously offered pure ghee, herbs, and hawansamagri at precise intervals, creating an ambience of serenity, positivity, and spiritual sanctity.

The Supervisory Head of the Pre-Primary and Primary Segment, Ms.AdarshSharma, appreciated the students’ sincere endeavours and encouraged them to uphold the rich Vedic traditions and cultural ethos. The competition proved to be an enriching and memorable experience for all.
