Exercise is an essential element in the wellness of human beings. Playing various sports help a person in learning life skills like teamwork, leadership, accountability, patience and self-confidence. Sports and games keep children active and healthy. To maintain this, we have highly qualified sports teachers and coaches who help them in enhancing their cognitive abilities, boosting confidence, inculcating team spirit and adopting a healthy life-style. To meet this objective, we have well equipped infrastructure for outdoor games like 200 mts athletic track, basketball court, volleyball court, kho-kho court, hand ball court, football and cricket ground. For indoor games, we have badminton court of international level and table tennis court. We also encourage the students for mass participation in various sports and games like football, volleyball, karate, yoga etc. by honoring them with badges, medals, trophies and certificates.
