Industrial Visit to Radio ManavRachna 107.8 FM and Television Studio

To broaden students' career horizons and provide practical exposure to professional opportunities in the field of Mass Media, the students of Mass Media from Class XI and XII visited Radio to Radio ManavRachna 107.8 FM and Television Studio, situated in SurajKund, Faridabad on 5th August 2026 as part of an industrial visit organized by the school. The visit was conducted under the able guidance and leadership of the school's esteemed Principal, Ms. DeeptiJagota.

It aimed to provide students with firsthand exposure to the functioning of a professional radio station.The students were warmly welcomed by Ms. DikshaBhaskar Bhatia, Deputy Director and Ms. Sarita Station Manager, who enthusiastically introduced them to the workings of the radio industry and divided them into groups to understand behind-the-scenes operations. RJ Priyanka  and RJ Bhawna demonstrated various aspects of radio programming such as recording, fillers, links, and beds through live examples, while Assistant Professor PrasanKappor offered hands-on learning experiences in directing, recording and presenting in Television studio.

A special highlight of the visit was some students from the school were selected to record fillers, messages  in their own voices, guided by professional RJs who also shared valuable technical and creative tips. Students additionally interacted with content writers and sound engineers, gaining deeper insight into the teamwork that drives radio production.

The visit proved to be a highly enriching experience that inspired students to explore the vast and dynamic world of mass communication.
