REPORT ON INTER CLASS DISPLAY BOARD COMPETITION

‘Healthy competition transforms challenges into opportunities for growth.’

D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad under the visionary leadership of the School Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota organised an Inter Class Display Board Competition for the Middle Segment students on July 10, 2026 with the objective of fostering creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and awareness among students. The competition revolved around three thought-provoking themes: Women Empowerment: Building an Equal Society for Class VIII, Artificial Intelligence: Friend or Foe! for Class VII and Colours of India: Art, Dance and Music for Class VI.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who demonstrated exceptional creativity and research skills through thoughtfully curated display boards. The presentations on Women Empowerment underscored the significance of gender equality, women's leadership, education, and their invaluable contributions to society. The winners were VIII D, VIII C and VIII B who bagged the First, Second and Third positions respectively. Artificial Intelligence: Friend or Foe! inspired students to explore both the benefits and challenges of AI, emphasizing its applications alongside ethical concerns such as privacy, security, and responsible use. Classes VII A, VII C and VII E scored the First, Second and Third positions respectively. Through the theme - Colours of India, participants beautifully depicted the nation's rich cultural heritage, traditions, festivals, art forms, and the spirit of unity in diversity. Classes VI F, VI B and VI A who bagged the First, Second and Third positions respectively.

The display boards reflected originality, artistic excellence, meticulous planning, and effective teamwork. Ms.Ashu Pandita Kaul, the Supervisory Head of the Middle Segment appreciated the efforts of the students. The event was a grand success, reflecting the school's commitment to fostering holistic education and nurturing responsible, informed, and creative learners.
