CHAMPIONS KEEP PLAYING UNTIL THEY GET IT RIGHT

DAV Public School, Sector-37, organised a Special Sports Assembly on 30 January, 2026 under the able guidance of the Principal Ms.DeeptiJagotato felicitate students who brought pride to the institution by excelling in various sports at Cluster, State and National level competitions. The assembly was a reflection of the school’s strong commitment towards sports excellence and holistic development of students.

The programme commenced with the chanting of Gayatri Mantra followed by a brief introduction highlighting the importance of sports in shaping discipline, teamwork and confidence among students. The achievers were then honoured for their outstanding performances in various events such as athletics, yoga, basketball, kho-kho, badminton, table tennis, chess and volleyball.The proud moment was witnessed by the entire school fraternity as the winners were applauded for their determination and perseverance for achieving 351 medals at Cluster Level, 96 medals at State Level and 24 medals at National level.

Our esteemed Principal, DeeptiJagota in her inspiring address, congratulated the achievers and appreciated their determination and sportsmanship and highlighted that the school has consistently performed well in Cluster, State and National level tournaments over the years and has  won numerous medals and trophies across different sports events, establishing itself as one of the leading institutions promoting sports excellence along with academics.

The event concluded on a proud note, with the school community applauding the achievements of its budding sportspersons highlighting the commitment of school  towards nurturing talent and promoting excellence in sports.
