WORKSHOP ON “MENSTRUAL AWARENESS AND HYGIENE”
On December 26, 2025, a workshop on menstrual awareness and hygiene was organized for the young girls of class VI .The workshop aimed to break the silence around menstruation, a natural yet often stigmatized part of the reproductive cycle. The event was held under the guidance of the Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota, and the Supervisor, Ms. Ashu P. Kaul.
Ms. Pavittra Vaidya, the School Counsellor, led the session, providing a comprehensive explanation of the science behind menstruation and addressing common myths. Through engaging audio-visual aids, the girls learned essential menstrual hygiene practices and important precautions to observe during their periods.
The workshop concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students’ queries were thoughtfully and satisfactorily addressed by the resource person.
