The Pre-Primary Segment of D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad celebrated Dussehra with great enthusiasm and festive spirit on 30th September 2025.

The highlight of the celebration was the burning of Ravana’s effigy, lit by our respected Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota. The children were thrilled to watch the effigy go up in flames, symbolizing the victory of good over evil.

Adding to the festive charm, the little ones dressed up as characters from the Ramayana, bringing the epic tale alive with their vibrant costumes. A short play based on the Ramayana was presented, followed by a delightful musical performance that had everyone tapping to the festive beats.

The joyous occasion concluded on a cheerful note, leaving the students and teachers in high spirits. The Supervisory Head of the segment, Ms. Adarsh Sharma, appreciated the sincere efforts of the teachers and the enthusiasm of our young learners.
