CULINARY AND TABLE ETIQUETTES WORKSHOP

Under the able guidance of Principal, Ms. Deepti Jagota, the students of Classes 11 and 12 Home Science stream visited “The Lalit Suri Hospitality School,Faridabad” on May 22 and 23, 2025 for an educational session focussed on bakery, mixology and table etiquettes.

The session began with a warm welcome by the school’s faculty, followed by a hands-on bakery workshop. Students learnt the fundamentals of baking and presentation techniques.

Next, they attended a mixology demonstration, where they explored the art of crafting mocktails.The session highlighted creativity, hygiene and the importance of flavor balance in hospitality services.

The final part of the visit focussed on table-etiquettes and fine-dining skills. Students were guided on proper table settings, serving manners and guest interaction.

The visit was highly informative and engaging. It gave the students valuable insights into the hospitality sector and strenghtened their practical knowledge, helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and industrial expectations.
