INTER-HOUSE FOLK SONG COMPETITION

DAV Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad hosted a vibrant Inter-House Folk Song Competition of the students of Senior Wing on 16th May 2025, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of India under the guidance and visionary leadership of the Principal ma'am MsDeeptiJagota. The event brought together melodious folk tunes from various regions, performed by talented students from all six houses of the school.

The competition showcased the diversity and beauty of Indian Folk music, with each performance reflecting regional traditions, values, and stories. The enthusiasm and hardwork of the participants were evident in their powerful renditions, which resonated with the audience and judges alike.

The event was made successful under the guidance of the school’s music teacher, house teachers, and wardens. The Principal and Supervisory Head appreciated the efforts of all participants and encouraged students to take pride in India’s cultural roots. The winners were announced amidst great cheer and appreciation.
