REPORT ON PHYSICAL SELF-ASSESSMENT ACTIVITY

“LIFE MOVES PRETTY FAST.  IF YOU DON’T STOP & LOOK AROUND, YOU COULD MISS IT.”

Keeping the above thought in mind, the Class 11th Home Science students actively participated in a physical self- assessment activity. The aim of this activity is to help students understand and assess their own physical development through basic body measurements. This activity encourages self-awareness, health education, and promotes the importance of regular monitoring of physical growth.

Measurements Taken:

                •             Height

                •             Weight

                •             Neck Circumference

                •             Waist Circumference

                •             Hip Circumference

The activity was conducted under the guidance of the school Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota and supervision of the school Medical Incharge and the Home Science teacher.

Students actively participated and showed interest in learning about their body structure. Some were also advised to maintain a balanced diet and regular physical activity to ensure healthy growth. It also emphasized the significance of health monitoring and personal fitness and proved to be a fruitful activity for the students.
