"Igniting Young Minds Through Books"

World Book Day Celebrations – April 23, 2025

D.A.V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad, celebrated World Book Day with great enthusiasm under the guidance of Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota.

Class 3 students showcased their creativity through a vibrant Bookmark Making Activity. Class 4 participated in a Poster Making Activity, highlighting the importance of reading. Class 5 engaged in an activity - Making an Author Bibliography of William Shakespeare.

The activities aimed to promote a love for books and reading among students. World Book Day is celebrated on 23rd April as it marks both the birth and death anniversary of William Shakespeare. In recognition of this, the Author Bibliography activity on William Shakespeare was specially conducted for Class 5.

The event was successfully conducted under the supervision of Ms. Adarsh Sharma, Supervisory Head.
