 D.A.V. School, Sector-37, Faridabad, under the guidance of D.A.V. Centre for Academic Excellence, launched a comprehensive Capacity Building Programme for teachers from June 26 to 28, 2024, with 184 participants . Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota emphasized that the program aims to enhance educators' skills and knowledge to meet the evolving demands of D.A.V. Schools.

The initiative included professional development workshops on pedagogical skills, classroom management, and subject-specific content, conducted by master trainers. A mentorship program paired new teachers with experienced mentors. ICT tools were integrated for continuous learning, keeping teachers updated with the latest trends. Regular in-house training sessions emphasized technology integration and innovative teaching methods.

The school is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth, aiming to significantly enhance the quality of education.
