Report of Class 9B Morning Assembly on “WORLD SIGHT DAY 2021”
Class 9B Secondary Wing of D. A. V. Public School, Sector-37, Faridabad, under the able guidance of our Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota, presented its assembly on a special Day ‘World Sight Day’ on 14th October 2021.
World Sight Day is observed every year on the second Thursday of October. It is a global event meant to draw attention on blindness and vision impairment. It was originally initiated by the Sight First Campaign of Lions Club International Foundation in 2000.
The theme for World Sight Day 2021 ‘Love Your Eyes’ The day is observed to celebrate achievements to date and advocate for increased attention towards eye care.
