Fee Rules  


Fee is payable as per the following schedule :

1. In case of new admission, the admission charges will be accepted by DD only. No refund will be made except refundable security.

2. Fee bills will be served for all the instalments.

3. Fee should be paid directly to school through account payee cheques drawn in favour of PRINCIPAL, D.A.V. PUBLIC SCHOOL, SECTOR-37, FARIDABAD or online payment through school’s website dav37campuscare.in by using their login id & Password.

4. Late fee of Rs. 5/- per day will be charged for payment received after 15th of every month. In case of a dishonoured cheque due to any reason, an additional fine of Rs. 500/- will be charged along with late fee fine.

5. Please ensure that following details are written at the back of the cheque without any over writing. • Student's Name • Admission Number • Class & Section

6. In case of cheque carrying fees of more than one student, details of each student has to be clearly mentioned at the back of the cheque.

7. If a student fails to pay the school dues within three months from the specified date, her/his name will be struck off and the child will have to be re-admitted after seeking approval from the Principal and that too after making full payment of school dues and the fine.

8. Cheque Drop Box facility is available at the School Gate. Please mention the Name, Class & Section, Admission No. of your ward and your Contact No. at the back of the cheque. In case of NEFT, please send this information at the school Email ID along with Transaction ID and Date of Transfer.

9. Caution money will be refunded at the time of withdrawal from the school on the production of caution money deposit receipt.

10. If no claim to the caution money is made within 3 months of the withdrawal from the school, the caution money will be forfeited.
