“Art is an expression of internal imagination” – Vincent Van Gogh

To develop the artistic skills among the students, an Inter- House Calendar Making Competition was organized for classes IX and X in the premises of  D.A.V. Public School, Sector -37, Faridabad from  22^nd to 23^rd October, 2019.The theme for the same was NATURE. The students showed a great enthusiasm and artistic spirit during the competition. A team of four students represented each house respectively. This was the first time that such a competition was held in school to encourage the students to display their creative acumen and adorn the special offices of the school with their Calendar-2020. Their beautiful calendars will be on display throughout the next Session. This competition was judged by one of the alumnus Ujjwal Kumar Singh of Batch 2015-16 studying in National Institute of Designing, was greatly impressed by the creations of the students. The Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota encouraged the students to pursue the creative side of the learning process and to enhance their imagination.
