Inter House Competition (Primary Segment)

D.A.V. Public School, Sector 37, Faridabad organised an Inter house competition for classes III - V.  To foster the creative expressions of the students, a plethora of activities like Ad-Mad Show, Fancy Dress and Solo Dance Competitions were conducted.

In tune with the tradition of DAV Public School, the events began by invoking the blessing of the almighty by chanting the revered Gayatri Mantra. The tiny ad-wizards of Class 3 displayed their marketing skills by selling stationary items ranging from an A4 size sheet to staplers. The audience was mesmerised and amused at the clever word-play used by the participants. Vindhyachal House bagged the first prize while the second position was bagged by Nilgiri House and the third position went to the Shivaliks. The Fancy Dress Competition, based on the theme Famous Historical Characters, provided an excellent opportunity for the students to experience history. The characters from the pages of history came to life as the students enacted the various characters with panache. The first position was bagged by Vindhyachal House, the second by Himalaya House while the third position was shared by Nilgiri and Aravali House. Solo Dance Competition was held on August 29, 2019. A day charged with excitement as the entire audience waited eagerly for the Solo Dance performance to begin. The extremely talented nimble footed dancers from various houses set the stage on fire with their fiery performances evoking an equally enthusiastic response from the audience. The judges among them our Alumnus Abhishek Chaudhary, a Choreographer had a tough time deciding the winners.
