Science Holiday Homework Exhibition
“The science of today is the technology of tomorrow” said Edward Teller.
The Science Holiday Homework of classes VI to VIII was displayed in the Composite Lab of D.A.V Public School, Sector 37, Faridabad on 20th July 2019 during Parent Teacher Meeting under the able guidance of Supervisory Head Ms. Adarsh Sharma.
It was a very creative display of science projects, models and charts on various topics assigned to the students during summer vacation, with the key objective of developing scientific attitude and awareness amongst young students. It gave them the realisation that science in everyday life cannot and should not be separated.
Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota acknowledged the hard work of the students and interacted with them. Visiting parents appreciated the various projects made by the students. The students explained the scientific concepts to the visitors. The exhibition not only honed the communication skills of the students but also helped in enhancing their love to know more about the world of science. It was a step towards their all round development.
