Our Emotional, psychological and social well-being are all parts of our MENTAL HEALTH. It influence our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. Additionally it influence how we respond to stress, Interact with each other and make good decisions. Every period of life from childhood and adolescence to maturity, is Vital for Mental Health.

 We organize individual counselling, group counselling sessions from class 1 to class V  which includes all emotional, psychological, social and behaviour needs of young ones. It  cover different areas  to  enhance  self- confidence, safety towards self & society, social skill, team work, mental health awareness & Aggression Management etc.

Apart from Group Counselling, we talk on individual needs which include - Behaviour Modification (Development) Emotional, Cognitive skill and Educational support to the children with Special needs and other children as we believe in Inclusive Education. Various therapeutic techniques also implemented for overall development of all individuals.
