FOR NURSERY: Child should have attained the age of 3 years as on 31.03.2024

FOR LKG: Child should have attained the age of 4 years as on 31.03.2024

FOR UKG: Child should have attained the age of 5 years as on 31.03.2024

For I: Child should have attained the age of 6 years as on 31.03.2024

For II: Child should have attained the age of 7 years as on 31.03.2024

• Birth Certificate
• Aadhar Card of the Child
• Aadhar Card of Father and Mother (Both)

At the time of Admission

• Vaccination Card
• Blood Group Report

• Duly Filled Health History Proforma (Given by the School)
