“Green Day” was celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm in Pre-Primary segment of D.A.V Public School Sector-37, Faridabad on 26^th August 2019. The little Davians of Pre-Primary and their teachers came to school in Green attires. The day began with the chanting of Gayatri Mantra. The children of Class U.KG D presented a skit on importance of Green colour in our life, the objects in Green in our surroundings and how each one is important. The shades of Green filled the air with freshness, thrill, ecstasy and bliss. Principal Ms. Deepti Jagota motivated the parents to save the environment for the future generation. She also planted the saplings with the kids and told them the importance of trees and clean environment.
